Yes, we are on the same page(older players have to get general, especially if not in top form, as otherwise they are completely useless). By the way Portugal is at our home too, but we'll see after the game against Cymry what we need to do.

Of course players who can play whole qualifiers should not train too much general during first weeks, but on the other hand we should not use general too little :) Cymru home is a game where we definitely shouldn't use general (especially that we will call the team knowing form before this game), Portugal away is more likely to need it. If you decide to call some players who will be able to play only part of quals, they should train form more often, as they'd be useless sooner. For example, IMO player that has 3 or less trainings left before he turns 21 should always train form, as this is the best way to increase his performance :)

No, for the world cup players we'll raise stamina only to those that are certainly making the U20 team and that I will decided before the next training(since Witomski already has a good level of stamina, for a wc player)

OK, I hope now I used the right picture :)

Out of these, Witomski is clearly the best in terms of defense contribution, but he's got no SP at all so if he needs to train it, others will make up some distance. Śniatała and Hatłas are quite similar to each other and they're closest Witomski's competitors. # others are mostly backups just in case something happens to top3. Tesarczyk has solid leadership, but he seriously lacks stamina.

Should I ask owners of all six to start getting their stamina up?

Against Cymru, we should go with normal training.

Maybe against Portugal, but we'll see. I personally don't like general training, and I use it only when it is a must(for example late during the wc, before critical games, for important players losing form badly, etc).

If you need, his owner declared that form training is no problem :)

Yes, for qualification he seems to be the favourite. Hopefully his form and stamina will be at the right parameters during the season.

For now I noticed we have that formidable defender with titanic sp. I first need to find a good 16 players kernel for the world cup, and the see how to complete it.

I think first important thing You should do is finding suitable SetPiecer.

I read that You like WB-off with def=~8 and wing=12+. Our opinion about ideal SetPiecer is little different, SetPiecer is trained as defender and couldn't fit to Your style.

In my opinion WB-off is very weak position, one of the weakest of all in hattrick. Of course idea, that setpiecer play in the weakest position is fine (waste of skill is less painful), but I think stronger position is better than weaker and therefor we don't need to use weaker.

But it's Your cadence, You should have SetPiecer which You like and which is comfortable for You.
